The previous homeowners had themed each room, but none of them felt like a cohesive story. Our kitchen was the worst offender: drab, old, and mismatched everything. The floors were vinyl tiles that were peeling around the edges and the pantries had makeshift doors that were once old window shutters.
As the name suggests, an L shaped modular kitchen has a layout in which the countertops are placed against adjoining walls perpendicular to each other so that they form the letter L. It is a fairly standard design found in most homes and is quite efficient. Designed more for small or medium sized houses or apartments, the L shaped kitchen is a great alternative when your kitchen doesn’t have the space for an island. It also works great for areas that are open plan.
There are different types of kitchen cabinets used in the kitchen. The modular kitchen cabinets are generally the most flexible and high end cabinets consisting of open able storage units, corner units, oven trays, pull out segments, handle less construction etc. There are different types of trays, drawers and cutlery storage areas for offering flexibility to the user.
